Extended Info Link Text

Where can I change the default wording for the Link Text in the Extended Info tab?

I've been looking for it everywhere but can't find it and the help files aren't much help. It says "You'll find product layouts within the 'Products' section of the Library ('Layouts' tab)." Only I can't find it there.

I know it's the variable ExtendedInfoLinkText but I can't find where you alter it.
