Update homepage products on refresh?

Has anyone managed to implement this behaviour with Actinic?

www.racelite.com

In summary the products on the homepage update when refreshed or visited.

Thoughts?

I have done something similar using Javascript, but manually creating the random arrays, nothing where you just tell actinic what to do and it will do the rest.
