    no not shipped

    to make sure my customers get an email when we post out an order i normally right click an order in the pending tab and click complete order and then use the operations tab and send emails, on the customer email though it has "no not shipped next to each item" ? is there something else im not doing?

    Do you have your "one click order completion" settings set to ship and send emails?
    If so, which email have you selected to send?

    If it's an "order received" email, perhaps it's generating the email prior to shipping the item?

    Have you tried using the "order shipped" email instead?
    My "order shipped" email show "No. Shipped 1" which is correct

        Settings > Business Settings > Order Processing

        It's not hidden away anywhere obscure.
