You wouild need MS Access to view the database directly but, no offence, if you're not conversant at least a little with Access then it would be best not to dabble with it.

If you do then make sure you backup well first.

There must be reference to an old product I once had on the site that has long since gone but is still listed in the database somewhere.....as I've had another error today while trying to create another new product ref number.

'The Ref number is not unique' Yet I can't find it either via the Froogle Feed with Excel or searching the content tree as suggested by Tracey

If you don't have MS Access then I suggest you contact support so that we can get your database and try to find where the problem is. Call in if you have a cover contract or raise a query via the web form.
