EC Sales List

I am VAT registered and have some customers who are registered for VAT in other EC countries. Actinic handles the exemption from VAT nicely, but then once a quarter I need to send in an EC Sales List to my local VAT office.

Is there anywhere that the info is stored so I can find it easily other than looking at each order? I need the customer's VAT number and the total amount they paid.

I've had a look in the Access database behind Actinic but I can't see it. Am I missing something obvious?

You could probably do it with this program :

By building a custom view containing the fields you want and filtering dates and then also country not equal to UK.

Of you could write a custom report in access or crystal reports to do this.

thanks, I have now gone down the road of Actinic Sage link and then I can print this info from Sage, but thanks for thinking of me :-)
