      LOL - I don't remember anyone ever winning on that show.

      Personally I'd remove the png - for many it's intuitive enough to click on the image, for others the image itself is big enough anyway.

        That may be a last resort, it was a nice part of the design.

        i Could really do with solving this issue through tweaking my css.

        Can this be fixed using absolute positioning?

        Why would it look fine in IE7 on my dispaly and other displays in the office and not on other peoples versions of IE7?

        Its hard for me to reproduce the error and fix it...

          Whenever the word absolute is used, it is often accompanied by strange results and erratic appearances. Use it as the very last resort IMO. Why do things need to be absolute anyway? You need to z-index, that doesn't mean absolute is your only way though or have I missed something else?
