Help with PPC and SEO Required

Can anybody recommend, or does any community member specialise in managing Pay per Click campaigns and Search Engine Optimisation for third parties like myself.
I have looked at a couple of proposals from specialist companies but I would prefer somebody with a good knowledge of Actinic as well.
