Exporting Orders - Oderlines.csv problem

I have just upgraded a V7 site to V8.5.1 and it went ok until I exported the orders for importing into our mailorder software.

In the 'Opaque Shipping Data' field in Orderlines.csv (Column R), the following junk has been added - This didn't appear in the V7 export file.

SHIP_QUANTITY=1;SHIP_SUPPLEMENT=0;SHIP_SUPPLEMENT_ONCE=0;
HAND_SUPPLEMENT=0;HAND_SUPPLEMENT_ONCE=0;
EXCLUDE_PARENT=0;SEP_LINE=;USE_ASSOC_SHIP=;

As such we get the obligatory Run-Time Error 3163 'too much text' message when we import the files.

QUESTION: How do I stop Actinic placing this information into the field? I need the field left blank.

Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This data is coming in because of the new shipping features that were added into 8.5.0. I'm afraid that there is no way to stop it from being added to the export file. I can only suggest that you open the file and remove that data before importing it to your mailorder software.
