PSP Bounce Problem

Hi,

Just wondering if someone could help as we've stopped being able to take payments. When a customer clicks the 'Next' button on our Instant Payment section of Checkout Page 2, instead of showing the 'Next' button which takes you to Protx (our PSP),there are some unreadable characters and error on page:

'document.formOCC' is null or not an object

This only started happening late last night, after an upload, but that part of the site was not changed. Before that it has been working for years!

This post should have been placed in the PSP specifiic sub forum.

You don't mention that you have performed a search of said forum so see if anyone else has already posted a solution to this same error.

If you find a solution please delete this post, if you don't please also delete this and repost in the correct forum saying that you have searched and what you found
