    Error Message "Unable To Locate Database"

    I downloaded a patch and went through the whole procedure. Now when trying to start Actinic I get the error "Unable to locate database for the selected site. The site will remain unchanged." When I click on OK the program is done. I did back up before upgrade. If solution is to go to backup files, how do I do that?

    Hi Jim,

    I would suggest that you download the full version of the software and uninstall the current version and re-install the new version. Then you can import your snapshot through 'Files | Snapshot | Import Site'. You will need your license key to do this. Just make sure that your snapshot is not outside of the actinic installation folder before you un-install.
