Layout of components

I have followed the guide to set up my components and they seem to be working with the stock control and as optional extras for customers to purchase which is great. The layout of the components is horrible, there is a blank white line between each of the components and I cannot see how to get rid of this, any ideas? A link to an example I am working on is:

Hi,

Go to the 'Design' tab and click on the component in the preview pane. This should display the layout code for the component (something like 'Standard Component Layout'). There are probably some <br/> tags in here that are putting in the lines in between the components.
