Adding new products through a datafile

Hi all,

I have exported a datafile of my catalog and used the structure if it to add new products. However when I come to import the file nothing changes. The new product information does not fill the sections for the new products?

Have I missed something obvious?

I have searched the forum and not found any help which tells me what I am doing wrong! Any ideas?

Hi Matt,

We'd have to see how you've inputted the products to be able to find out what the problem is. Can you raise a support ticket so that we can get your input file.
