    Shipping problem in V9

    I am in the process of up grading from V8 Catalog to V9 Business.
    I have an issue with the shipping section, firstly the import was successful with no reported problems.

    In Catalog V8 we use parcel and pallet shipping, all was working great.

    In business V9 i find that when i select parcel shipping, it looks at the Uk and just selects the highest cost (Scilly Isles), so it looks like actinic looks at the UK and not the Zone / Town. This is very important for pallet shipping because the cost varie across the UK.

    Any ideas.

    Is this online at the website, or on the 'New Order' tab?

      This is on the new order tab, we have not uploaded the V9 yet, because of this issue. Regards

        It will still work online OK. There is a problem in the 'New Order' tab though, where the state doesn't affect the shipping charge, which will be fixed in the next maintenance release.

              I have tried it live and it works as it should, but off line orders will not work as you mentioned.
