Removing "Discounting Information" from Cart

Hi All,

Well, the subject pretty much says it all - I'm trying to remove the discounting information from the cart (as its just plain confusing!), and can't remove it from SCTemplate.html as Actinic just writes over it. I certainly havent found any options within Actinic to do this so I'm stuck... any suggestions?

Isn't it in the Misc tab in Discount Settings?
