Bug. Changes to lists Layout Settings don't show when you compare with previous

If you make changes to a lists Layout Settings (e.g. I changed the Start of List code within Drop Down Choice List) these don't show up if you do Compare With Previous Version.

Also the modified elements don't get flagged with a (*) when doing an Export Specific Design Elements.
