    I would still investigate using NetNation's own SMTP servers. You're paying them for a service after all.

    You're paying BT for providing a broadband service to your business. They're not really required to accept email from your Actinic scripts running on NetNation, so you don't have as much leverage there.

      Guess you right, problem is my very poor understanding of all these things makes it hard for me to get it sorted out. I'll try talking to them tonight though.

        Hi,

        Hands up, looks like this is my fault for not understanding BT Yahoo's wonderful 'authentication' proceedure properly. Have now completed this and all is working again. Thought I should post this just in case anyone else is having problems with BT Yahoo.
