sage line 50 to actinic details information

Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to get to grips with actinic link and sage line 50 and am getting there slowly but surely.

I am testing the Web Fields which where I am created three sections and then the product. All of this is fine however the details text field is not transfereing the content that I type into actinic. In fact when I open the sage export file the date isn't even within there.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so what was the solution? I look forward to hearing from anyone.

Hi Lee,

Can you check that you have the 'publish to web' box ticked on the 'Web tab' in Sage as products will not transfer unless you tick that box.

thanks for the response. I do have the Publish to Web Box ticked. When I export the file and bring it into Actinic it brings all the levels properly, price etc. but no description.

Can you post a screenshot of the 'product/sections' tab in the 'Sage to Actinic' profile for the site please.

Thanks for the above reply. I had a quick look at my settings and found that I had only the 'standard product data being transferred. I have updated the option and re-exported the data. It now all is pulled in correctly. Thank you once again.
