    Problem with Google Anaylitics

I have it all up and running no problem

but in the eccomence section, the list of produsts is acoming up as some with the choices and not the product title, i have attached a screen shot to show you, is this because of permutations and linked products in actinic

Yes - if you have a choice associated with a product in the store, that order line is in the shopping cart with a product reference against it. This then gets picked up by Google Analytics. Unfortunately, Google won't understand that you might actually want to see the name of the product that the choice was within. This is a limitation of the interface, but it will still help you to see what your most popular lines are.

      Hi

Well done for getting Analytics working so well- so far it's proved completely beyond me! If there were any threads here which particularly helped you, would you mind pointing them out for me please?

      Many thanks

as said above, no problems at all just entered my account number.

but because of permutatios, it is useless, trying to guess what these colors are or sizes is impossible, as i have many items with the same color of sizes.

Same for shoes, i may of sold 1 pair of each size, but could of sold 10 all together which doesnt show at all.

It is in my opinion quite poor. Nice try but poor.

As Chris says it is showing exactly what is sold so GA is correct in what it is reporting. You have each choice setup as a product (for stock control I immagine) so each time a customer buys a product and selects a choice then they are effectively buying a different product. There is no way round this happening.

What you need to do is make each of the choice "products" more descriptive - instead of just putting the product name as a colour change it to include the name of the main product - this will then be passed to analytics and included in the report. Try it with one until you get it right and then change the rest.
