    Error Downloading Orders

    Hi,
This is the first time this erroe has happened to me on Actinic. We were having server troubles earlier today and I had to update passwords in Actinic for the FTP, and had to do a whole new site upload.

Everything went fine. But when I download todays orders I get 'An attempt was made to access an order past its end" Then when I click ok I get "Unexpected EOF found when reading an order"

Next windows pops up. Screen shot attached.
Any help or info on whats causing this much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Toby

    Another downloading problem

I too have had a strange downloading problem with a live v9 site, which never happened as far as I know with thousands of orders on v8 sites.
I received yesterday a Worldpay payment email with the next sequential cart ID from a site, but when I tried to download the orders from the site, Actinic said there were no orders to download.
Have tested the site with a Worldpay payment today, and it works fine, even though I didn't return to the Merchant site after completing the payment, as I thought this might have caused the problem.
    Any ideas?

Have you looked in worldpay to see if the payment exists?

I had to update passwords in Actinic
Did you change the password in 'Housekeeping | Security'? This one is used for the decryption of orders, but if you change it and upload, it will mean that any orders taken before the password was changed could have issues with the decryption.

We had to setup another Ftp account on the server as we had to do a clean install. We did not change any of the passwords in houseKeeping

In that case I'm out of ideas Toby. Sorry. I suggest contacting Actinic Support and asking them to take a look.

              Further downloading error

Have now encountered a further download error, with the first order placed on a new v9 site. Screen messages are attached. The order number generated was a unique order number, but the error seems to have occurred because Actinic was attempting to duplicate an "OrderSequenceNumber" in the [TaxOrderOpaqueData] table.

Andy - like Toby I suggest you contact Actinic Support and ask them to take a look at the site and give you a hand figuring it out.

                  Error has not recurred

Many thanks. Four sites have been live now for a week, and the errors have not recurred. Guess they were connected somehow to the roundabout way I converted my sites to v9.
