Import site from second computer without losing customer sales details

Hi all

We currently have the design and fulfillment sides of our website on two separate computers. I need to update the fulfillment computer with the new products that have been created on the design computer. How can I do this without losing the current customer sales info on the fulfillment computer. I think I need to export the sales info and then reimport after updating the site but if someone has the process I'd be very grateful.

When you import a snapshot, you select on the 4th screen whether to include the orders or not. There is also a FILE | IMPORT ORDERS option for the other way round.
