Required questions not working

Hello All

I have a site (http://www.babitens.com) that prompts customers with 3 questions at the checkout. 2 are marked as compulsory in Actinic but it appears you can place your order without actually answering these questions?

My client really needs these questions answering as she gives cash back to those that refer their clients to her site.

Any ideas, I'm getting my ear bent!

Hi,

If I leave the first two questions blank, I get an error for the 2nd one saying that it is required but the 1st one automatically gets filled in with 'Ante Natal Classes'. It might be worth reverting the 'General User Definable 1' layout back to factory settings and see if that helps.
