I'm not seeing that behaviour at all. I've looked several times over the last hour, on and off and it's loaded and worked fine for me each time in both FF and IE7

So the way I did it might not actually be wrong? I created the site in Actinic and then added a site in Dreamweaver too. But when I got the design register warning message I copied and pasted the html and css files from the Dreamweaver site into the Site1 folder then registered the design. I assume that if I have been able to make changes to the design files in Dreamweaver and they appear in Actinic and vice versa then they should be functioning OK?

Can't get my head round why the site is resolving like you say......haven't seen it doing it so don't know where to start correcting it!

Maybe you copied the files into the site folder and then actually registered the originals instead - who knows. You need to accept that the 'NOT_CATALOG' is telling you something is outside of the site1 folder as far as actinic is concerned. Why not put your html and css files into the site folder again, then open them up and reregister them, it will only take 2 minutes from start to finish to test if it works this time.

Why is that happening? Anyone got any ideas as to why the site is looking trashed sometimes and not others?

I reckon it will hinge on a single pixel and when the page is loaded, dependent on what that one pixel is assigned to do, decides on whether it works or not. If not that i'd expect a sizing issue of some kind. Do you have any alternating content a slightly different size? Might be a clearing a float issue also.

Make it a bit wider see if it cures things, it's too narrow for today's screen sizes anyway.

Thanks for your help Lee - I'll give it a go and see if it cures it.
