Actinic & Paypal Website Payments Pro problen

We seem to have a problen on using Actinic & Paypal.

A customer adds a product to the cart, goes to checkout, selects their country (UK) and elects to pay using the Paypal Express checkout. The item they are purchasing shows the correct price + VAT. On clicking the Paypal icon and logging into their Paypal account they are then given a price without VAT and without the shipping costs. i.e. net product costs

PPP has had a problem with not adding shipping when you are calculating shipping by weight, i think if you upgrade to 8.5.2 the bug has been fixed
