Seperating order processing

Hi all,

I have Business V8. I cant split the order processing to another machine, because the processor would have to have admin rights to the whole site.

All i need the processor to do is read the order, complete the order and print an invoice. I spoke to actinic but their upgrade price to multiuser is ridiculous.

I've checked out the mole end stuff, but the machines wont be on the same network.

Is there a way of facilitating my needs? Can i lock down actinic so that the processor can only do certain things?

Setting | Business Settings | Options > Allow on this PC ... you can disable catalog maintenance etc. I also edit the quick launch buttons on the toolbar as well (they can't see the upload button they don't miss it)... I do this on several machines and the operator can only download and print orders etc ... all changes are done by myself.

Hi, thanks, ive seen that, but if i disable it, they can just renenable it becuase we cant have multiple users.
