Credit Card info not being downloaded

When I download the orders I get "an attempt was made to access an order past its end" i hit OK and it then gives me "the heavily encrypted data from the order blob appears to be corrupt. However, the majority of the order was retrieved. You must contact the customer and ask them for their Credit Card details"

This is a new install but it works fine on the other computer. All the setting are the same.....
