Missing attributes

Hi, hope someone can help with this.

I was trying to make a layout change in design view regarding how my attributes appear on the page. The drop down box was appearing below the attribute name rather than to the right. (See http://www.demoweb.org.uk/acatalog/H...Neck_Tops.html. This is how it used to look).

I went into design view to make the change and now the attributes aren't showing anymore. Can't find the section of code regarding this to put it back in. All I did was move a bit of code into the same block as the component title and remove the empty <block>.

Also, I have my currency set to £ but when you view the site it displays a square instead of the £ sign. Any ideas?

Please ignore this post as I managed to find some topics on the forum which sorted out my problem. Followed the following suggestion to sort this out and replaced extended info for Attribute.

Libary, layout tab,

chose extended info layout, right click,restore to factory default

Also sorted the £ sign problem with using the following suggestion from another post - double click on the 'TaxInclusivePrice' variable (or whichever variable is being used) in the layout, then in the 'edit appearance' dialogue box that appears set the 'encoding' to 'HTML'

I'm seeing drop-down Size attributes on that page (1st product has S, M, L, XL).

Your missing pound sign is due to your overall layout containing (near the top):

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

When it's usually:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
