Link to downloadable products

Hi there,

After going through the checkout, there is a link that allows the customer to download the software he just paid for. It says "download here" or similar. However, in the receipt email that the customer receives, there is a link to where the customer can download the product, but it's over one hundred characters long! Here is an example... https://vault2.secured-url.com/secur...b7e2e4b7e6b4e8

Does anyone know a way of having that link simplified?

Also, I don't seem to be able to get my order numbers starting with my desired prefix... Any reason?

The checkout page is a web-page and can contain an HTML link. Hover the mouse over that link and the full long URL will be there. You can rely on this page being rendered in a web-browser and can thus expect the link to be clickable.

The email depends on the customers particular email system (which may be plain text only, have security settings applied that disable links, etc) and has to contain something that can be simply copy / pasted from the email into their browser.
