Product images not showing in Internet Explorer

I have just found out that product images are not showing in Internet Explorer. They are fine in Firefox and Netscape. Take a look at http://www.fitness-focus.co.uk/acatalog/info_MDY6.html or any product on the site to see what I mean.

Anyone got any ideas on this?

Open the image in your editing software, resave it and then upload. It's to do with jpg settings.

Yep. Actinic is generating

and that width="" height="" aint right - undoubtedly for the reason Lee's mentioned.

With respect I don't think it's that as every product image is not showing. Opening and resaving 5000 product images would be a pain anyway.

As I said previously this problem has nothing to do with the image format.

Ok, I have sorted it. It was to do with no product width and height variables being in place.

I had this issue with images not displaying for no apparent reason when I started with v8 back in Dec 07 - but funnily I've not had this issue again. It was a pain and the only thing was opening many images in an editor and simply resaving them, a batch type thing. Funny I've had not had the problem again so possibly a version upgrade dealt with the prob (?).

Norman, I am not sure how it happened but I would presume that the template was edited with those variables removed.
