Error when updating site: "Error removing fullprod.fil from the web site"

Since upgrading from v8.5.1 HFUA to v8.5.2 HMVA whenever I update the site I get this error:

Error removing fullprod.fil from the web site.

    Possible Cause:
File does not exist on remote site
File is not accessible by you
    Recommendation:
    Ignore
    Resolution:
Manually remove the file if it exists

It happens on these 12 files:
    fullprod.fil
    diffprod.fil
    fulltext.fil
    difftext.fil
    fullprice.fil
    diffprice.fil
    fullaccount.fil
    diffaccount.fil
    fullbuyer.fil
    diffbuyer.fil
    fulladdress.fil
    diffaddress.fil

None of which exist on the server. I've tried a purge and refresh several times but there's no difference and the errors still appear. When I put some files on the server with the above names as a test, they get deleted and no error messages appear until the next time I update.

Any ideas how to resolve this problem? Thanks in advance

refresh from the truobleshooting menu as this offers the option to delete all cat and fil files

I had tried that before you mentioned it and I've tried it several times since but it makes no difference sadly. Any more ideas?

you didn't mention that you had done a refresh from the troubleshooting menu, you need this refresh as it specifically asks if you want to replace .cat and .fil files.

failing that do it manually ie delete all fil files from BOTH the webserver and site1 and refresh
