Shipping Flexibility

Hello,

I would like to know how flexible the shipping functions are with Actinic. We would like to offer free delivery to the Mainland UK & not to islands like Jersey. Is this possible.

Also, I'd like to set a different delivery rate for each European Country, is that possible too?

you can set shipping by zone for this. jersey is already a separate option. (probably worth making a note for customers to be specific, e.g. not UK but Jersey.)

others can be added by going to [settings:locations] and adding them in there. As far as i know, this doesn't have anything to do with the PSP so should be fairly problem free. Im sure someone will confirm that for you.

We recently did the very same thing. We set up two zones UK Mainland and then UK Offshore which includes Northern Ireland. It took a bit of setting up and we did have a problem with V8.3 so had to move up to V8.5

Be aware that if you use HSBC as your PSP you have to enter the correct ISO country code against the new country that you add in or it won't work with them.
