    V8 Snapshot - Backup Issues

Recently updated our site www.paragon-matrix.com to Actinic Business V8.5.2.0.0.0 HMVA, working on a Windows Vista Ultimate Op System. Have had issues getting the system to take a snapshot both via the shutdown screen that allows to do a snapshot and also via File | Snapshot |Export site option.

Both methods fail to produce a snapshot with an error message and a dmp file is produced (I have passed this back to actinic support). Actinic support say that there are problems with Actinic working with Visa and that I should move the Site folder from the program files/Actinic folder and make a Sites folder under My Documents, Which I will try.

However, I am also getting an error message as outlined below as well:

    Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 456) - The file C:\Users\User\Desktop\m2176.gif was not found System error 3 - The system cannot find the path specified.
    ..
    Warnings
This site includes files that are outside the Actinic installation directory.
On importing the site these files will be delivered to a temporary location within the Actinic installation directory.
Manual intervention will be required to restore the site after import.

    C:\Users\User\Desktop\m2176.gif

I think this error comes from where I have been producing/altering product images on my desktop. I have now added these images to the site 1 directory and checked that the image settings point to this image but the error its still coming up.

Is there a way to identify where this error is coming from so I can rectify it.

Any help or pointers much appreciated

There are a couple of options ... one would be via the image name... does m2176 refer to a product? If so find the product and change the path.

Another is to open the database in Access and search on the filename and delete.
