    Resizing Stylesheet not staying maximised

As referref to in http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=35044 in V8, supposedly fixed in 8.5.2 but back in 9.0.1??

this has been happening persistently with me in V9 today!
I'm only just getting the hang of remembering the Actinic Stylesheet button is even there in the design tab and now it's making serious efforts to p*ss me off by messing about and not resizing!

The fix in the above thread worked but only for a minute.
The next time I opened, maximised, closed and re-opened the Stylesheet (using the shortcut link in the design window) it had reverted back to full screen grey with a daft corner allocated to my stylesheet

Have emailed V9 bug busters, of course...but is it happening to anyone else in 9.0.1?

I now only bring the CSS "in-house" when it is all completed.. safest and quickest way to work is to have it in Notepad when editing.

Yes - I can confirm this is back in v9. What a pain. I'll get it sorted. For now, it's save to maximise the window (rather than drag the corner to resize it) as this doesn't cause the odd-looking window.

And to reset it, go to 'Start | Run' in Windows, type 'regedit' and use the folders on the left to browse to...
          HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actinic\Catalog9\Sites\[SiteName]\DlgPlacements

and delete the '6666' value in the right panel.

I sent a bug report to Support on 27/3/08, it happened when right-clicking on variables, but I haven't heard anything definite about it yet. Maybe it's been fixed for v9.0.1?... we'll find out later today <crosses fingers, legs, etc>

Chris, is there any update on this bug? the 6666 workaround works but only short term - it wouldn't be so bad if you could leave the stylesheet open while doing other work in Actinic but thats not the case- it's a royal pain having to go into the registry every time you want to work on the stylesheet

A short term workaround would be a startup .bat file, something like this:
                Code:
                regedit /s "C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\stylesheethack.reg"
                "C:\Program Files\Actinic v9\Catalog.exe"

Hi - the update is that this one has been fixed in 9.0.3 - which is the next maintenance release we are just finishing off.
