    UDVs get removed on Sage import

    Hi
    We have a UDV set at product level, which, upon sage import (update only) gets removed and the field is blank which means we have to fill in the variable again.
    This only happens on a selection of products, not all.

    But it is frustrating having to go through them to find out which ones are affected, although it does seem to happen to the same products most of the time.

    Is this a issue likely to be fixed in the 8.5.3 changes ?

    Having exactly the same issue on a customer site Simon but appears to be with all products (except duplicates). Can you see a common element amongst those that are affected? If I get any more info I'll post here.

      I have just (in the last hour) update my V8.5.2 to V8.5.3 and this seems to stop this from happening.
      I haven't been through the complete site yet, but it looks as if the version upgrade solves the issue

      the v8.5.3 is still in beta at the moment though

        Thanks for the update Simon. I will advise them of your findings although I believe a v9 upgrade is on the cards so hopefully the fix made it to that version too.
