Anyone else tried editting the 'MOTO Form' yet?

    Anyone else tried editting the 'MOTO Form' yet?

    For some reason, I can't get it to show the changes in the actual 'New Order' tab until I restart Actinic (using 9.0.1, btw)

    It changes the preview in the Design tab, if I edit it in there but it still isn't changing in the New Order tab til I've restarted. Likewise, if I edit in the Design Library, I'm having to restart to see the New Order tab actually changed.

    Does this happen to anyone else? (I've reported it in case it's a bug anyway)

    and...while I'm at it..does anyone know how to ADD a different customer email to the "Send a confirmation email using layout" dropdown because I can't find it anywhere

      actually, I figured that one out. It had been eluding me because, again, it required a restart to actually change it in the 'New Order' tab

      For anyone else who wants to know (and this is what I did first time only it didn't change it til I thought to try restarting...again!)

      Open the Design Library and navigate to the 'OrderEmailLayout' selector.
      In the 'Values' tab, add your chosen email to the RHS list and click OK.

      Then restart Actinic to make it change.

              Right, it seems support can't replicate this...so perhaps it's only happening in Designer?

              I've tried on a newly licensed site as well as the site I was working on and it's consistently doing it for me.

                  Tracey - try clicking the 'Reset' button in the 'New Order' tab after making changes in the 'Design' tab.

                    Hey, that worked whereever I make the changes (design tab or design library)

                    I hadn't actually done any test MOTO orders at the same time as I was messing with the design so it hadn't occurred to me to try that.
