V8 to V9

Hi All

I've tried searching but I couldn't find anything and I'm in a rush to find out!

Our customer has a working store in V8 Catalog Client and will be upgrading to V9 Business.

Will there be any problems in this process? I'm assuming I will be creating a snapshot in V8, then upgrading to V9, then importing the V8 snapshot?

Can anyone let me know if this is a simple process or will there be some issues?

Should be easy, but impossible to guarantee as you can imagine. It would take about 20 minutes to download and install a trial version of V9, import the snapshot and try it - this will always be your best way of testing as you can get told anything on a forum, which will not make a scrap of difference when you come to try it.
