Getting 'Special Delivery' text into Emails

Hi Paul,

I've just tested it and it works fine, but can you just check that you have 'ShipUserDefinedOnlineXML' variable in the 'Customer Email' layout and 'InvoiceUserDefined' variable on the 'Receipt Invoice Address Details' layout.

I've gone back and reverted the layouts to factory settings Tracey.

Then I went through and implemented the code as above.

On checking I have both the variables above in the correct places but they show in neither the receipt or the customer email.

I'll send you details of the test account so you can have a go yourself.

Hi Paul,

I didn't realise you were using customer accounts. It seems that the 'Invoice User Defined' variable is not available to customer accounts because the invoice address fields are already completed (I'll add it to the wishlist). I can only suggest that you use one of the 'general questions' on checkout page 2 if you are not already using them. You can then use this article to add them to the receipt and email.
