Excluding certain products from a delivery zone and class

Hi all
We have certain products on our site that we would like to exclude from delivery abroad except by courier (we also offer Airmail). We currently manage our delivery by Zone/Class. Is there a way to achieve this?

You can put heavy weights in on the products and have only the shipping class you want them to use able to service that weight. Set all others to not allow excess. You can also include the specfic countries into the specific zones in the shipping area, thus presenting only the ones they can use. Right click on a zone and select properties to see what I mean.
