content categories help please

hi, i am trying to get content categories to work but am having problems.
I want to set up two categories one for box quantity and one for bag quantity for use with our products

I have created two categories under content level/ products
one called party boxes
one called standard

I have created two variables
one called party box quantity
one called standard quantity

advanced place settings are set so only tick box on each variable.
Category is selected in general product tab to either party box quantity or standard quantity.


I have inserted both new variables in code for product page.

problem is both variables show in browser, even if i select the category that should not show the other variabl.
help!

hi, just spent half an hour on the phone with support, they couldn't get it to work either.
IF you follow the help files to the letter it does not work, a big bug.

Now waiting on development to get back to me.

Just wasted all morning on buggy software. Shall I send my bill in now?

Just convert to a variable with 2 choices in a drop down list and you select which one to use.
Once variable with 2 choices.
