Problems with my Actinic site. Please help.

I’ve been missing orders for the past month one of my customers brought a problem with checking out to my unknown attention and now when I try and upload more data to the host server, I get this message.

I’ve tried to refresh the page but the same error message appears every time.

Any ideas. I’m lost with this one.

Do the website purge and refresh in the troubleshooting menu.
