Business Plus v9 Mailing Lists Glitch
Hi All,
Just thought I should pass on a little information with regard to Business Plus v9 as we've noticed that there's a missing feature.
We have one PC running Admin and a PC in store running the Order Processing side of things. This morning we have just noticed that the Order Processing profile does not allow access to the Mailing Lists function. This means that the packing team can't produce labels for the parcels.
We have contacted the Actinic Support Team and it seemed to come as a surprise to them too. Fingers crossed that this can be changed at some point soon.
Anyway, as Admin can see the Mailing Lists function guess who has got another new job - still at least it's Friday.
