Can't change payment method

    Can't change payment method

    I gave just started using v9.01 and after downloading an order, I cannot change the payment method of the order like you could in all older versions, does any one else have this problem, or a solution.

    what are you trying to change it from and to?
    It's possible that you could only change it to payment methods that are set to be available on the 'desktop'
    Checking your Settings > Business Settings > Payments and Security and check that any you need offline are ticked in the 'desktop' column too.

      Thanks for the quick reply, I just checked and once I have selected the payment methods to be available on the desktop it works,
