    How can I move a transaction from PSP-Pending state

    Hi - I have an order stuck in PSP-Pending state in v8.5.2.

    This is for a purchase made via Paypal and paid for via an echeque therefore the transaction from Paypal remains in a pending state.

    I have had a good look at this transaction and I cannot see a way of completing it.

    Any ideas anyone

    if the echeque has cleared and the order is fully paid, just click on 'view payments' in the payments tab and add a new payment by clicking 'new entry'.
    This will mark the order as 'fully paid'

      Hi Tracey - the "View Payments" button is greyed out

        ooh..so it is!
        Am I right in thinking the ability to edit the payment method is also removed?

        I have to admit I'm not too sure why that would be

            Hi,

            I've tested having a Paypal order in the Pending PSP tab but for me the 'view payments' button isn't greyed out so I am able to complete it. The only way I can get that button to grey out is if I have 'Bypass order processing' ticked in 'Business Settings | Order Processing tab'. Can you confirm if you have that option ticked or not please.

              Hi Tracey - yes it is ticked.

              I un-ticked it and I was able to change this to completed.

              Now I have to remember why I set it up like this...
