Problems With Trial V8 Checkout Page-02

Hello there, I have been trying to solve this problem for two weeks now, and have not been successful. When I get to the Checkout Page #02 where the Credit Card Payment prompts are, the "Credit Card Type" Field drop down menu doesn´t work at all, it is empty, it doesn´t show the credit card types (VISA, MC, AX), I am attaching a snapshot of that part. Does anyone have any suggestion???
If I try to complete the order without it, I get an error of course.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me, I have just two weeks left for my trial V8 to expire. I have already bought my license key.

Hi,

Go to 'Design | Library | Layouts' and expand the 'Web Page Inner Layout' group. Right-click on the 'Order 02 Bulk Area' layout and 'revert it back to factory settings'. Update your site and it should work.
