    actinic suport are u there ?

    hi, if u are there actnic support how about a response, i raised an issue beginning of last week and have not had a reply. I have left messages on your answer phone system for you to call back but you do not. Your phone is always on hold in cue position three.

    To be honest I don't care if they are busy, they should have enough staff to cope for a paid for subscription support service.

      if you are desparate to get something resolved then maybe you shouldsit on hold until someone is available.

      Put your phone on speaker phone and do something useful whilst you wait.

      Like tidy your desk drawer or make the entire office a cup of tea

          good news, problem solved,
          just in case anyone else has the same problem, v7 to v9 upgrade has a glitch sometimes with log in link being displayed correctly.
          For some reason actinic does not correctly update the log in link for customer accounts.
          the solution is to go to settings/site options/links/description of login icon

          make sure there is text entered in the box and not loft blank!
          ie enter 'login here'

          tea and cake for me!
