I nominate myself for the title "Prat of the Year"

I received a second invoice from Actinic for the sum of £15 plus vat for delivery of V9 upgrade

Like a fool I rang them up and complained about the second invoice, They then said no trouble we will credit it out and cancel the new key, Looks in CD box in amazement

Opp's I then thought £15 for a new key was great value but to late it was now History. I did offer on second thoughts to accept the invoice and pay but they declined the offer

Maybe as a Christmas Pressy, they will give it back,

True but I do have to buy another user key for next month anyway at £300
