        someone else had this problem...was it Gabe?

        I'm sure there's another thread around somewhere with missing MOTO layouts..will see if I can find it

        [edit]

        I have a feeling these layouts may only be available in Designer/Multisite?

        Can someone confirm? Paul, are you using standard Business or Multisite?

              I thought it was just catalog that was missing the moto, maybe not then?

                no, I don't mean the MOTO form itself, I mean the ability to edit the layouts

                    Hi Tracey, I'm using "Actinic Business" as identified in the help menu.

                    Thanks

                    Paul

                      Hi there,

                      This is taken from the help file under "Entering New Orders | The 'New Order' Tab"

                      Customising the 'New Order' Form
                      If you have Actinic Designer, Business Plus or Enterprise you can customise the order form.
                      So if you have just Business, you can't edit the MOTO layout I'm afraid

                      Kind Regards

                              My MOTO is still in the box much like those extra cables you get with a mobile phone ... but looking at a default site:

                              In the library the layout MOTO payment start date shows:

                              <select name="PAYMENTSTARTYEAR" size="1">
                              <option value="2007">2001</option>
                              <option value="2008">2002</option>
                              <option value="2009">2003</option>
                              <option value="2010">2004</option>
                              <option value="2011">2005</option>
                              <option value="2012">2006</option>
                              </select>

                              .. but why on earth a value of "2012" against 2006?????
