program error - how ridiculous is this

Program Error

currently unable to open the program ...keep getting error message and shuts down almost immediately.
error message readsrogram has encountered a problem c:\programfiles\actinicv9\catalog_9_0_1_0_0_0_0_IDWA 0804 281448.

WHATEVER THIS MEANS.....HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?

The file it mentions is a crash dump file which contains information about what is causing the crash, in order to help with a speedy resolution. If you contact the support team, you can mention you have one of these files and they will take a look at it and sort you out with a solution as soon as possible.
