VAT error

Have upgraded to V9 from V8 in the last few days.
Previously V8 would add VAT to shipping charges and re-calculate correct amount if the carriage method was changed i.e from 1st class to Special Delivery, etc..
With V9 have an issue where the VAT element on carriage is not calculated (or added) to the checkout figures. All the sipping classes are setup as per V8 and VAT on shipping is enabled in Business Settings.
Anyone else seen this issue yet ?

Check your VAT settings in shipping.

If you've told actinic that your prices include VAT then Actinic will no longer add VAT as it's already included.
