Coding errors of undefined variables

Hi, I added a variable name (validity) into the terms and conds page but then deleted the tag again. However, when uploading the site I always get the message that there are 2 coding errors of undefined variable 'Validity'. I don't know where this is sitting for me to delete. The site works fine but don't know where to look for the coding errors in the script as they were deleted.

If you open the error tab you should be able to click on the error and you are taken to the layout with the issue.
