    Checkout Problems (CheckOut Page 0)

    Can anybody help me?

    I have been editing a website for a client... mainly successfully. However, im having a lot of problems witrh the checkout section of the website. Although I have managed to solve most of the problems over time, It seems I have recently broke the checkout process again...

    On Checkout Page 0... I've seemed to have accidently remove the fields for 'Invoice Location' & 'Invoice Destination', which is stopping the process and displaying this message:

    Select Cardholders Invoice Location - Please select a country.
    Select Delivery Destination - Please select a country.


    I have tried different ways to repair this but with no luck. Does anyone know how I could fix this? or is there anyway to reverting back to default checkout options on this page?

    Did you try Design - Library and right clicking on the relevant layouts and revert to factory settings?

      Thank you for reply so quickly.

      Unfortunately, I have tried 'reverting back factory settings' on various elements in design - library with no joy.

        I guess it'd be safe to say that you haven't reverted the correct layout yet then!

        Try 'Order 00 Bulk Area' in 'Web Page Inner Layout' section of Design > Library for starters.

          Thank you for your help Tracey, that seemed to have solved the problem. As you said I hadn't reverted the correct layout.
